Having been part of the core team since early 1997, it gives me immense joy to see our organization grow, professionalize and reach out to thousands of clients. I find each interaction with our clients uplifting and rewarding, their determination and courage remarkable. I believe that I have learnt many important lessons and continue to discover more.
